THE TATE MCRAE PRESALE TICKET CODE FOR UK ONLY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We are Backstreet International Merchandise Ltd. t/a BSI Merch, our registered address in England and Wales is Cwm, 1a High Street, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8DA, we operate https://tatemcraeuk.store/  and https://tatemcraeeu.store/  
2. To access the exclusive ticket sale for Tate McRae's performances in the UK, you must pre-order ‘So Close To What’ in any format from the Tate McRae Store and must use a UK delivery address, or submit your email address via the online form: https://tatemcraeuk.store/pages/npn-2025 by 5PM GMT on 24.02.25, and must have selected UK as a country. If you have already ordered from the store, with a shipping address in the UK, you will receive a pre-sale code. No purchase is necessary. One ticket code per person. The ticket code will give you access to buy tickets to the Show(s) in accordance with these terms. Codes DO NOT guarantee tickets.
3. You will receive your unique ticket code via email by 3PM GMT on 25.02.25, along with a link to the ticket provider’s website (Access link: Ticket Presale Here) where you can redeem the ticket code to purchase tickets once the ticket sale window opens, subject to availability. We do not accept responsibility if the email we send to the address you provided does not reach you for any reason beyond our reasonable control, including where the email is flagged as spam. 4. A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will not be available for purchase on general sale. The ticket code gives you access to the ticket sale window only and is not a guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets to the Show(s). All tickets are subject to availability.
5. Ticket presale details:
• Event presale begins on Wednesday 26th February 2025 at

  11AM local and will continue until the time highlighted on the ticket provider platform. 

• General sale begins on Thursdat 27th February 2025 at  11AM local
• Your ticket code can only be used once, is personal to you, and cannot be used by or transferred to anyone else. A maximum of eight tickets may be purchased per code.
6. Key Terms for Presale Access:
• Ticket codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Codes are non-transferable, case-sensitive, and available for one-time use only.
• To receive presale access, you must have pre-ordered ‘So Close To What’ in any format from the Tate McRae Store and use a UK, delivery address, or submitted your email address via the online form: https://tatemcraeuk.store/pages/npn-2025 by 17:00 GMT on 24.02.25, and have selected UK as a country. If you have already ordered from the store, with a shipping address in the UK, you will receive a pre-sale code. No purchase is necessary. 
• If you haven't received your presale email by 5PM GMT on 25.02.25, first check your spam/junk folder. For further assistance, please contact: TateMcRaeticketpresale@bsimerch.com .
7. The ticket code can only be subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of the ticket purchase. Shows may be age-restricted—please check with the ticket provider directly for more information. We are not the ticket provider and cannot be responsible for any issues with the purchase or use of tickets. BSI Merch is not liable for issues with any ticket purchase from third-party providers. For any issues regarding ticket purchases, please contact the relevant ticket provider.
8. Purchase Limits and Restrictions:
• Maximum of 8 tickets per code.

Codes are only available to addresses in the UK

• Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Given the high demand, tickets are not guaranteed.
• Ticket presale begins on 26th February 2025 at 11AM local and general sale begins on 27th February 2025 at  11AM local
• Ticket codes are valid only for specific dates and locations and cannot be transferred. You will not receive additional access codes for placing multiple orders.
1. Ticket Provider:
• Tickets will be available for purchase via Live Nation beginning on 26th February at 11AM local. We recommend opening a Live Nation account and signing in ahead of the presale to expedite the process.
2. Accessible Tickets:
• Accessible ticketing options are available for each event. Please check with the relevant venue or ticket provider for more details on how to book accessible tickets for the specific show you're attending.

Sunday, June 22, 2025	Nottingham, UK	Motorpoint Arena	will be via Live Nation as a ticket option on the event page.
Tuesday, June 24, 2025	London, UK	The O2	The O2
Wednesday, June 25, 2025	Manchester, UK	Co-op Live	will be via Live Nation as a ticket option on the event page.

1. By pre-ordering ‘So Close To What’  or by registering to receive a ticket code, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any personal data you provide when registering to receive a ticket code will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which you can read here: https://tatemcraeuk.store/policies/privacy-policy 
2. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Additional Presale Information (for Tate McRae events)
Important Dates:

• Registration for codes will close on Monday, 24th February 2025 by 5PM GMT.
• Codes and access links will be sent by Tuesday, 25th February 2025 by 3PM GMT.
• Event pre sale begins on Wednesday, 26th February 2025 at 11AM local
• General sale begins on Thursday, 27th February 2025 at 11AM local
